Company Obligations
Pet Safety Professionals LLC ( PSP) will cancel this agreement without any additional cost to customer if the original pet cannot be contained by system during the agreement.

Subscription payments are non refundable. PSP will refund any item that is purchased and return in 30 days if its in new condition. A restocking fee may be charged on items purchased.
Company agrees to exhaust all training techniques to contain pet before agreement is canceled.
Company will allow customer to purchase system at standard pricing.
Company will also allow customer to subscribe to a service plan to cover
repair cost.

Customer Obligations
Customer agrees to allow company to exhaust all training techniques to contain pet before agreement is canceled. Charges apply for service visits, labor and parts should system require repair. Transmitters and Computer collars have a 1 year warranty, however,
customer agrees to replace lost or physically damaged transmitters and or
computer collars that are included in the subscription at retail price.

Equipment Return
Customer agrees to return system should customer not wish to continue
with subscription after the agreement.

Default and Late Payments
Should you default on any payment obligation as called for in this agreement, the company will have the right to declare the entire remaining balance due and payable under this agreement. A default occurs when any payment due under this agreement is more than 10 days late. Should any monthly payment become more than 10 days past due, you will be charged a late fee of $39.

Customers Right to Cancel
This agreement shall be canceled at customer’s option if any of the following conditions are met.
A) Customer moves to an area not serviced by company. B) Company retains the right to cancel or suspend the subscription for any reason.

Notice
Customer has the right to purchase no-fault protection to cover any gaps in the lifetime warranty excluding loss of equipment.
